Immanuel Family Practice provides health care to the entire family. We serve all ages and provide services ranging from newborn check-ups to nursing home admitting examinations. Some of our special services include:

After Hours Information

After hour emergencies will be handled by the on-call physician. The on-call physician can be reached by dialing the main office number.

Appointments

Same day appointments and walk-ins are welcome.

Prescription Refills

Prescriptions will be refilled during office hours only. Please request your prescription refill at least one week before running out of your necessary medicines.

We accept most major insurances.

Please be sure to always bring your recent active insurance card(s) and co-pay. Always notify the receptionist of any address or telephone number changes. If you have had any medication changes please notify the nurse or physician at the time of your appointment.
